Your entrance is the LEFT side gate.
Parking: You have 1 reserved parking spot in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking, and we do not have street cleaning days.
At the front of the house, enter the LEFT side gate — gate code 0122, then pull.
Your entry door is the first door on the right after opening the gate.
Find the lock box in front of your door — code 0512 — your keys are inside.
Our home is equipped with a multi-zone mini-split system. Please keep all rooms on the same mode — Cool / A/C for all rooms, or Heat for all rooms. If one room is set to A/C and another to Heat at the same time, the indoor units may alternate or temporarily stop working properly. You can still adjust each room’s temperature individually while using the same mode.
Our home has a tankless water heater. When you first turn on the shower or faucet, it may take a moment for the water to heat up. If the water has been running for a while and briefly turns lukewarm, this is normal — please keep it running and it will cycle back to hot within a short time.
Washer and dryer are located at the back of the house.
